How to Buy at a Crystal Live Sale (and Pay in One Step)

Live sales move fast. Here is how ours work so that you can claim what you want, pay once, and get the exact pieces you watched.
Before the stream
Follow @yycrystaltour on Instagram; that is where we announce stream times and preview the lots. Our live sales run on eBay, store yycrystal.
During the stream
- We hold up a piece, weigh it and give the price.
- Say “claim” in chat or send a message. First claim gets it.
- We note your username and the running total. Claim as many pieces as you like.
Paying
When you are done, open the Live Sale Payment Link on this site. It costs US$1.00 per unit, so set the quantity to your agreed total: a US$45 total means quantity 45. Write your eBay username in the order note so we can match the parcel to your claims. PayPal and all major cards are accepted; prices are in US dollars.
After paying
We pack your exact pieces within one to two business days and email the tracking number. Duties, where they apply, are charged by your own customs office.
FAQ
I claimed but changed my mind. Tell us before you pay and we release the piece. After payment, see our refund policy.
Can I combine several streams into one parcel? Yes. Say so in the order note and we hold your pieces until you are ready.
