Processing

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days after payment.

Carriers and transit times

• DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS, JS Express and SF Express, depending on destination and parcel size.
• United States: typically 7–14 days. Europe, Canada, Australia: typically 10–20 days. Elsewhere: 15–30 days.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed to you when the parcel leaves our studio. Use the Track Order link in the menu to follow it.

Packaging

Crystals are wrapped individually in foam and boxed with fill. Heavy spheres and towers ship in double boxes.

Duties and taxes

Charged by your own customs authority where applicable; not included in the price.
